The process of mandrel bending produces tube that is accurately bent, with a good visual appearance.

We bend many materials: aluminum, copper, steel, stainless steel, etc. and we have a large range of formers for tubes from 6.3 mm up to 101.6 mm. We form tube ends to put on flares, change diameters, bead etc. to finish the job. Using the latest computer software we can assist in designing and development of your parts.

Our products include all pipework round engines and pumps, handrails, and other fabrications involving bent tubes, such as manifolds and bull bars.

We will supply in the form that best suits you - anything from a plain bent tube, to a complete welded, painted, tested assembly. We are happy with quantities of one to several thousand, but we prefer batch sizes in the range 5 to 500.

Normally, we deliver within two to three weeks, but we will always react quickly if you need a faster response. We will talk with you if we encounter any problem that may affect our service to you.
